BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICIES

The booking policies are designed to manage appointments efficiently and ensure that time is respected for both the service provider and clients. Here’s a breakdown of the policies:

1. **Card on File**: When you book an appointment, a payment card must be kept on file. This is used for securing your booking and processing any applicable charges.

2. **Cancellation Policy**: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a charge of 50% of the service fee will be applied to your card on file. Alternatively, you may receive a Venmo invoice for this amount.

3. **No-Show Policy**: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show), your card will be charged 100% of the service fee, or you will receive a Venmo invoice for that amount.

4. **Late Arrival Policy**: If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the service fee. This is to manage scheduling effectively, as your time slot could have been offered to another client.

These policies help ensure that appointments are honored and that time slots can be utilized effectively, minimizing disruptions to the schedule.
